There are no pass refunds. For a $50 fee or 25% of ticket price, whichever is less. Passes can be transferred to another person as long as the request is made at least 21 days prior to the event. After that time, there are no transfers or refunds.
We will be video recording and taking virtual photographs at Florida Bitcoin & Blockchain Summit (as will many of your fellow attendees). Your image may be captured and used at a later time to promote future conferences. Cutting Edge Events, LLC retains the rights to those images.
In the occurrence of the event being completely canceled, attendees will have their tickets credited to the next event.
We at Podfest Multimedia Expo want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact us using the Contact Us link or by emailing
support@podfestexpo.com. In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, we want to make things right. Please read the following for details on how we handle refund requests:
If you submit a refund request within 30 days of purchasing your ticket to attend Podfest Multimedia Expo, and your request was made more than 31 days out from the start of the event, we will refund the full price you paid upon request. Simply contact us and let us know you’d like a refund. No refunds or ticket transfers are provided after more than 30 days following purchase, or when a request is made with less than 31 days until the first day of the event.
If your refund request falls within these conditions (during which time you can receive a full refund as stated above), we’ll provide a refund of your registration fee, minus an administrative fee of $95.00. Refund requests must contain the email address used to purchase the registration and your physical billing address must be submitted to support@podfestexpo.com.
Refund and/or ticket transfer requests received outside of these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds are generally sent within four to six weeks after the conference has concluded. In the event of an unavoidable cancellation due to an Act of God or other intervening circumstance, no refunds will be issued. Existing registrations will be honored when and if the event is rescheduled.
This policy may be amended at any time, and exceptions can be made, but will be determined by owners of Podfest Multimedia Expo.
Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
